I think this will be an awesome program, once minor changes are made. The package is the best value anyone can get for the money, and you would be silly not to purchase this, when I'm sure we all have paid much more for even one piece of software.
The only negative I see is, when I first checked out the software before I purchased, I saw the woman with pigtails on the software page. I thought it was some pornography site, when the first thing I see is her, but I realized it was the real deal after that. Why not put pictures of loads and loads of software to let people know what they are really getting instead of a woman with a tight t-shirt on and pigtails?

It looks Fresh and inviting to read mostly! Using Photos or illustrations is ok but they must relate to the content of the website, at this moment they don't at all. (No Pigtailed girls or shopping bags, don't make sense) This is obviously up to decide by a Professional Web Designer or Marketer.
In all we desperately need a "Knock Your Socks Off" Sales Letter and Stunningly Clever Website Design to make People Worldwide an Offer they've Never Ever seen and just can't refuse and whip their Credit Cards out immediately OK? When I opened the download page and looked at the list. Well 11 lists of products for me to download, I got to 1,100 and give up counting.
It’s not a list of all worn out e-books, there a lot I haven’t seen before.
A lot of Private Label stuff and resell rights too. Consisting of Software, Scripts, How to Video’s and Audio’s, articles and of course e-books. So many Niche Marketing Products, that starting a e-book and software shop would be easy.

I think you have a definite winner of a program.
However, the look of the website, the over repeated content, the numerous mistakes in grammar, the improper sentences, cries out for the website to be reviewed by a professional copywriter or webmaster, and completely spruced up.
I am not criticizing anything about your web designer, or programmer, or proof reader, or anyone in admin. However, I feel that my observations and comments about your website should give you some food for thought.
I went to look at your forum site where many of your customers had comments on the $39 program.
All had only positive comments about the program, especially good things to say about support and admin staff.
I noticed that some of the negatives mentioned in some of the customers comments were many of the same things I relayed to you in my email previously.
Before I clicked on that site, I thought to myself that it would be nice if the $39 program site could have a solid and continuous yellow-colored background (instead of black) with red, blue, black, green, or any colored lettering, without putting the letters in strips that look like "cut and paste" strips.
It would actually make the site look more professional and easier to read and follow along.
Perhaps, that's all you have to do to improve and spruce up the site...just change the background color and use different colors for the printing directly on the background, and not using "reverse colored strips" to print on.
And, also think about using a proofreader to cleanup the grammar and the sentence structure.
I hope these observations and comments are helpful to you.
